Following the International Orieentering Federations suspension of the Russian and Belarusian Orienteering federations, and the following decision from the Swedish Orinteering Federation (see link), the Association Tiomilakavlen has taken the decision to not allow teams from Russia or Belarus to participate in 10MILA 2022 in Örebro.
Russian and Belarusian runners that are representing a Swedish club or another club outside Russia and Belarus, will be allowed to participate.

Now, there is information online about no less than six new training packages: Björktjärn 2, Borgartjärn 3 and 4, Klunkhyttan 2 and 3, and Tjäderbladet 2. All of them are ready to be used by March 18th. There are both long distance courses and forked relay trainings among the new training packages. Lisselängen 1 and 2, that were added during the autumn are also still available. The training packages and the controls will remain in the forests until the competition weekend in May. You can find the invitation to the new training packages under "Training".

Med anledning av Internationella Orienteringsförbundets avstängning av det ryska och belarusiska orienteringsförbunden, samt det efterföljande beslutet från Svenska Orienteringsförbundet (se länk nedan), har Föreningen Tiomilakavlen fattat beslutet att inte tillåta ryska och belarusiska lag att delta i 10MILA 2022 i Örebro.
Enskilda ryska och belarusiska löpare som tävlar för svenska eller andra klubblag utanför Ryssland och Belarus tillåts att delta.
